Someone who understood us even in silence, Somebody who listened to us without judging. When it came to words of encouragement, what a great gift it was to have her in our lives. We know that you are in good hands and that forever will you stay. You will always be remembered and we know you are watching over Us. Lyda, we miss you more today then yesterday and we will miss you more tomorrow then we do today. - Your family and friends.

Lyda was one of my mother's (Eleanor Ferguson) best friends for many, many years. She was always there for her even in the most difficult times.
