Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA (CISAR) MCDONALD Anna (Cisar) McDonald, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, passed away in her sleep on the evening of Februay 12, 2012, in Woodland Hills, CA, following a brave and heroic battle with lung cancer. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Mac (Ernest); her two sons, Bruce (Laurie) Mcdonald and Brian (Ardie) McDonald; her grandsons Ian and Ellis; her sister Lenore Kizney (Ron) of Winnipeg; and her nieces Kimberly Kizney and Kathleen Cruden, also of Winnipeg. Anna was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on June 26, 1932. She attended Gordon Bell High School and the University of Manitoba. Upon graduation Anna moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota. In Minneapolis she met and married Mac. The couple moved first to Billings, Montana, then to Denver, Colorado and finallyto Los Angeles where for the past 45 years they have lived in Woodland Hills. Anna's memorial service was held on Sunday, February 19, 2012, in the Old North Church at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills with interment at the Columbarium of Sacred Trust at Forest Lawn. She will always be loved, missed and remembered.
