Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLORRAINE SHIRLEY ENGELSMEIER (nee GRYWINSKI) Lorraine Engelsmeier (nee Grywinski) was born July 2, 1950, at Fisher Branch, Manitoba, passed away in the Central Okanagan Hospice House on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Survived by her loving family, husband Erhard of 27 years; mother Stella; daughter Valerie (Don) sons Evan and Don (Stephanie), six grandchildren; brother Victor (Donna), nieces Kimberley (Marco) Darcy (Hoover) several great-nieces and nephews; Aunt Verna and a number of cousins. Predeceased by her father Joseph. Lorraine retired from the Okanagan UBC in March 2010 after 32 years of service. A Celebration of Lorraine's Life will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Kelowna Elks Lodge #52, 205-2040 Springfield Road, Kelowna, B.C. In lieu of flowers, friends who so wish may make memorial donations to the Central Okanagan Hospice Association (http://hospicecoha.org/default.aspx) in memory of Lorraine.
