Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHERYL LYNNE SHEPHERD On Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 5:00 a.m. Cheryl Lynne Shepherd, born in Marville, France on February 21, 1962 passed away after a long fight with cancer. Left to cherish Cheryl's memory are her parents Paul and Anita; brother Michael and sister in law Nina. On Tuesday, April 17, 2012 Cheryl's Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in St. Andrews Anglican Church, 2700 Portage Avenue.

Growing up, Cheryl was a fantastic daycare teacher. We used to call her Squishie, I can't recall why. It grew on the both of us. 10 years later, and she's truly a role model to me. I loved this girl, she thought of me as her daughter, she looked out for me, and knew almost everything in my life. I would come and visit her at my old daycare, almost every week. Cheryl meant very much to me, and I truly do miss her. No one was as kind hearted as this women, no one I have ever met. Rest in Paradise, Cheryl. You will always be the queen of checkers.
