CORY WAYNE PARISIEN February 12, 1972 - April 19, 2005 His Journey's Just Begun Don't think of him as gone away, His journey's just begun Life holds so many facets This earth is only one. Just think of him as resting From the sorrows and the tears In a place of warmth and comfort Where there are no days and years. Think how he must be wishing That we could know today How nothing but our sadness Can really pass away. And think of him as living In the hearts of those he touched... For nothing loved is ever lost-- AND HE WAS LOVED SO MUCH. With Our Love Your Family

  • I talked to you five days before I was to come out there & then I heard the news. Glad we got to hang out for awhile Cory, you always were a good guy. Hope you have been able to meet grandpa & now my mum bud. I'll see you again in another lifetime. - Posted by: Pete (Cousin ) on: May 08, 2024

  • Cory was a good friend while we were on the canucks hockey team together; sleepovers, & even a trip out to our cottage. We slowed down once we stopped playing hockey together, but I am glad for the time that we had. I will never forget staying up until 3 a. m. at our sleepovers, almost falling over from fatigue trying to get every last minute of fun out of the night!! The real reason for checking this site & submitting a comment today is because I had a dream about him last night. I saw him in a group of young kids (about 5 or 6 y.o. I guess) & recognized him & stopped to confirm it was him & talk. He was these kids teacher & was on the floor playing & smiling. I said that I had heard bad news about him, & being convinced that my dream was reality was glad to see it was mistaken. He just kind of smiled, as I expect anyone would, laughing off the notion. We talked a bit & I moved on feeling that my information was wrong & that Cory was fine. When I woke up & finally remembered the dream.....I had doubt. This doubt was hope & though it didn't make the sad news go away, the dream was a positive experience. I don't know what it means, but for me, it was good to see him, & see him happy. My condolences & all the best in healing to Cory's family. Thanks, Kirk - Posted by: Kirk England (hockey team mate(11 & 12 y.o.), friend) on: Dec 18, 2012
