Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOUISE STEVENSON Louise Stevenson, long time resident of Winnipeg, passed in peace on Friday, April 13, 2012 at age 93. Louise was born to Paul and Ann Brown in Broad Valley, MB on October 9, 1918. She will be warmly remembered by family and friends as a loving mother who extended that love, not only to her five children, but to 600 others whom she fostered over a period of 50 years. Louise is survived by her children Norman, Raymond, Shirley Ann and Carole Lynn, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also dear to her heart, Kreston Hopcroft. Louise was predeceased by husband, Christian and son, Douglas. The family wishes to give special thanks to the staff at Calvary Place for the loving and wonderful care provided to Louise in her final years. A Celebration of Louise's life will be held at Calvary Place Personal Care Home, 1325 Erin Street, Winnipeg on Friday, May 18 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial gift can be made to World Vision, phone 1-800-268-4888.
