Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANK MICHAEL PAPARO April 29, 1926- June 9, 2012 Frank Michael Paparo passed away suddenly at Richmond Hospital on Saturday, June 9, 2012. At the age of 86 years in the Richmond Hospital in Vancouver, BC. Frank was born in Winnipeg MB. The eldest son of Rocco and Catarina (nee Caliguire) Paparo, predeceased by his sisters: Irene Constance Paparo (nee Stein), Alma Francis Paparo, Mary Theresa Paparo (nee Henderson) and brother Tony Antonio Paparo. Frank was an enthusiastic self-determined person. Who at the age of 16 years enlisted in the military service during the Second World War to serve his country. A dedicated multi-talented self- learner who as an altar boy developed a passion for singing and his natural baritone voice would lead the choir. Frank taught himself to play both the piano and the guitar. An avid outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting and fishing. With a passion for Italian cooking, art and special fondness of gardening. Frank touched numerous lives through his community involvement with fitness, health and personal writings. Frank had a friendly, charming, outgoing personality and enjoyed conversations and swapping stories with everyone, but a penchant to stay current in matters of the world, he will be remembered as colourful individual with the booming baritone voice and great sense of humour. He did it his way. You made it Frank! Frank will be missed by his: nieces and nephews: Lisa Stein and Libby Stein and her son Brent. Nephew: Geoffrey Michael Papero and his sons Kelsey and Riley. Frank had a true fondness for his family they filled his heart with love and adornment. Frank Paparo will be laid to rest alongside his two sisters Irene Paparo-Stein and Alma Francis Paparo who he loved very much.
