• I miss that guy so much. The evening before he passed away we went and had dinner together after work. He ordered a hamburger and told me that was the best burger he’s ever eaten on the road. The year he passed away was my first year working on the railroad (Holland LP - Company) and he took me under his wing and taught me a lot about railroading. Really enjoyed working and bullshitting with Guy. • I choose to live life with the cards I've been dealt. Yes there are times when I wish it could be a different way than what they are. But it makes me a strong person to realize that some things can't be undone and to live my life the only way I was taught how. To accept things the way they are, and keep on surviving, and to never let the bad things in life defeat me, because in the end there's always something to make all those bad things worth fighting through.
