GERTRUDE KATHERINE MILLER (nee HANDEL) Gertrude Katherine Miller passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the age of 93 years following a brief illness. She is survived by her daughters, Maureen (Nick) Slywka and Elaine (Dave) Nicoll; grandchildren, Brenda (Dave) Tolpa, Lynne (Lauren) Sabeski, Devin (Kathleen) Nicoll and Tyler Nicoll; great-grandchildren, Janessa and Felicia Tolpa, and Alyssa and Blake Sabeski. Gertrude was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Fred. She will be sadly missed by her extended family and many friends. Special thanks to the staff at the Misericordia Hospital and Canterbury Court Manor. A Memorial Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Canterbury Court, 8403 142 Street, Edmonton.
