Longtime Chicago Heights resident recently of Park Forest. Retired Dietary Aid at St. James Hospital. Devoted Wife of the late Norman Lysak; Loving mother of David (Lyn) Lysak and Suzanne (Richard) Scampini; Forever cherished grandmother of Richard Norman Scampini, Alison Scampini and Earl (Susan) Moy; Adored sister of Sherley Palmer and Linda Kravtsow of Winnipeg, Canada; Dear cousin of Diane Saladin; Beloved aunt, friend, and co-worker of many including relatives and friends in Manitoba. Funeral took place in Chicago Heights on July 11, 2012. Burial private. Charity donations can be made to Moody Bible Institute 820 N. La Salle St. Chicago, 60610 in memory of Jacqueline K. Lysak.
