Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEMILY O'DELL (nee BJOLA) 1927 - 2012 It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our Mom, Emily, on July 29, 2012. Mom was predeceased by Dad in 1998. Remaining to forever cherish her memory are Merilyn (Peter) and Curtis (Brenda) and Melanie (Rick), seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Mom was born in Leslie, SK and moved to Winnipeg where she met and married Dad in 1945. In accordance with Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 60 Walker St., Stony Mountain, MB at 2:00 p.m. on August 12, 2012. The family would like to express special thanks to the staff of St. Norbert's Personal Care Home for their wonderful care of Mom over the years since 2006. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Mom's memory to the Alzheimer's Society of Manitoba.

Mom was an inspiration to all her "foster Children" who she made feel part of the family. She taught us to respect others, how to cook and clean and how to have fun. I will never forget all the fun the family had at West Hawk lake. There was always room for just 1 more in our little tent trailer.
