Tinda, I remember Vico as a kind, handsome, young man when I would sometimes visit the Polo Cafe with my father Carl Huss in the late 40's and early 1950's. The Fabbri's were such kind people, Mr.Fabbri always gave me an ice-cream and Mrs. Fabbri let me admire her budgie who(to my amazement) could speak Italian. I remember playing with Tinda and Vicky at Nello's cabin at Otter Falls. Keith and Ida and Mary (who all knew them better than I did) also want to extend our condolences and Keith says he remembers how proud Nello was when Tinda became a teacher. I wish I had read some of Vico's poetry. Doris - Posted by: Doris Ames nee Huss (friend) on: Aug 14, 2012

I'll always remember Vico as a kind-hearted, thoughtful individual. When my mother was ill, he would show up once a week with two little chocolates for her, and this went on for years. She truly appreciated his kindness, as did the rest of the family. We will miss this gentle soul. - Posted by: Romeo Berti () on: Aug 09, 2012

I am sorry to see that my old friend Vic pass on. Vic and I go back many years at the YMCA playing basketball. Even though he was small in stature he was a great shooter and fun to play with. I spent many a pleasant afternoon playing pool with Vic at the pool hall on Smith St. and later on at Fort St. He was a kind intelligent gentle man. I will miss him.
