Mary, was one of the best people I have never known. Her loving smile, and open heart will always be remembered by this long lost friend. Mary was always there for family and friends, with a open heart, and a kind word to help you through your day. I could sit and tell wonderful stories of Mary all day long, of the fun we had and the sorrows we have seen. As a teachers-aid she was loved by all the students, and staff she worked with at Gordon Bell. I recall sitting at a table with Ginger on my shoulders at a Native Craft Show held at Gordon Bell High School. I still have the picture of that. I remember walking Monica down the aisle at her wedding, something I'll never forget, even though I held the wrong arm walking down the aisle. I will always remember the wit and wisdom of her son Marcel. The children were all there for their mother. Mary is one person that I will miss, but at the same time, I will cherish the times we shared together. My prayers are with all the family in this time of sorrow.
