Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERTA MARILYN JARRETT Roberta Marilyn Jarrett passed away peacefully on Monday, August 13, 2012, at her home in Mazatlan, Mexico, at the age of 74. She is survived by her husband Bryan Stoneburner, stepmother Eva Jarrett, four children, several grandchildren and her siblings. Robera grew up in Winnipeg, and was a graduate of the St. Boniface School of Nursing. As a Registered Nurse she practised her profession for many years, and went on to gain a Bachelor's Degree from Moorhead State University. She spent a year nursing at the Kalaupapa Leprosy Settlement in Hawaii and worked as a hospice nurse in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She authored five books and was a respected lecturer. Roberta was also an ordained minister, and brought comfort to many. Roberta became a student of A Course in Miracles, conducting seminars while living in Alburquerque, New Mexico. She had a love of others and an inquisitive nature. In recent years this was manifested by learning to speak Spanish and moving to Mexico, where she enjoyed the culture and actively participated in social activities in her adopted city of Mazatlan. She will be missed by her family and many friends, as well as people whose lives she touched.
