VERNA EVALYN MONCHAMP July 21, 1938 - August 28, 2012 Peacefully on August 28, Verna passed away at the age of 74 years. She was predeceased by her parents Michael and Helen Turski, her loving husband Louis and her brothers Arthur, Victor, Michael and Ronald. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children Nicole (AJ), Brigit (Paul), Maurice (Rhonda), Michael (Laurel), Manon, Marguerite (Terry) and Felicite (Jeremy); her sisters Margie (Roy), Vicky (Dick), Melyssa (Larry), her brother Paul, her 23 grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff at St. Boniface General Hospital for all their assistance and care of Verna during her stay there. Evening Prayers were held on Friday, August 31, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. and the Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., both at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church located at 271 Hampton St., Winnipeg, MB.
