Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFLORENCE INSEAL 1931 - 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Florence Inseal on Monday, September 24, 2012, at Seven Oaks General Hospital in Winnipeg, MB, at 81 years of age. Florence will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Melani (Mark); grandsons Cory, Kyle and Tango (cat); son Roy and family; as well she will be greatly missed by her sister Maggie and family; numerous nieces and nephews in Scotland; and will never be forgotten by her special friend Cheryl and many other friends she had in Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her daughter Sandra in February 2005; and son Gordon in March 2011. Born in Scotland, Florence came to Winnipeg at a young age. Her love of cats made her open her own business, Scotch Mist Cattery , where she cared for kittens and cats while their owners were away. After that she got into showing and breeding cats. Florence took home a Best Cat Award for her cat, Katrina. She was employed at Seven Oaks School Division and retired in 1995. She then devoted her time to her grandsons, Cory and Kyle. In compliance with Florence's wishes there will be no Funeral Service. Thanks to the nursing staff at Seven Oaks Hospital. God's Garden God looked around his garden And found an empty place, He then looked down upon the earth And saw your tired face. He put his arms around you And lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering He knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never Get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb. So he closed your weary eyelids And whispered, Peace bethine'. It broke our hearts to lose you But you didn't go alone, For part of us went with you The day God called you home. Anon We love you Nana.

Florence was a second mom to me. She always had a smile to share as well welcoming hugs. I loved her for her tenderness she showed the people who came into her home. Growing up I went to school with Melani and Wednesday night was liver night at my place so she always welcomed me over for supper on that evening. I will always remember you...my adopted mom I will miss you greatly. Love and forever in my heart Roxanne - Posted by: Roxanne Plante (Daughters Melanis' school chum) on: Sep 30, 2012
