SHRI BANWARI LAL GOEL Surrounded by his family in the serenity of his home passed peacefully on October 8, 2012. There are no words to describe the life of such a man. He was so many things to so many people; a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and a great friend. He was a beacon in this community for so many years. Providing guidance and leadership to those seeking answers while always remaining respectful to everyone and anyone who came his way. His everlasting impression and contagious smile touched the hearts of people wherever he went. His tireless devotion to his family and his zest for life is inspiring. His pursuit to motivate and drive others to fulfill their dreams is why we are here today. He never took impossible for an answer and somehow made things possible. Having immigrated from India in 1972 he has made Winnipeg his home for the last 40 years. He has been able to fulfill his dream of extending that privilege to the rest of his family. A promise in his heart, which he held on to for so many years to fulfill. Those who affectionately knew him as Ben , remember him as a strong and courageous man. He feared no challenge and embraced and conquered many hurdles in his lifetime. All with a smirk in his lip and a shake of his head. He has endured much in his life but no one would ever truly understand to just what extent. Although he is no longer physically here with us, his spirit perseveres in a state of ultimate bliss and happiness. We wish to thank everyone for all their heartfelt condolences and ask everyone to join us in commemorating his life.
