WILLIAM ROMANCE It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Bill on Friday, November 2, 2012, at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 77 years, due to a brief battle with cancer. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Marilyn. Daughters Sheryl (Frank) and Shannon. To his precious grandchildren, Brett and Meghan, Papa will always be that wonderful man who always had time to play a game, read a story, watch a curling or soccer game and give lots of hugs. Also left to mourn are Bill's brothers Ed, Bob and numerous family and friends. Dad was a loving and devoted husband, father and papa. We are forever grateful to you Dad, for your knowledge, support and your never ending love-you were a wonderful dad and we love you very much. Dad will always be remembered for his warm smile, big heart and his laughter will be in our heart's forever! In accordance with Bill's wishes cremation and a private family interment has already taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 0V9, or to a charity of one's choice. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Riverview, 3 East - Palliative Care Unit for their kindness, compassion and support during this difficult time.
