PEARL SLONIM It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my dear wife Pearl, dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, October 13, 2012 age 84 years at St. Boniface Hospital with family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents Lil and Max Fratkin. Pearl will be lovingly missed by her husband Sidney, her children Carol (Monty), Shane, Roxanne and Ross, grandchildren Michelle, Lori, Rachel and Molly, great-grandchildren Mackenzie and Noah, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Lil and Morley, nieces Shari (Jeff), Marni (Brian), nephews Justin, Dylan, Jordon, Cory, Jamie and many friends. She will also be remembered by members at the Rady Centre for her positive outlook and warm friendly smile. She also loved the music of her day and never forgot the words. Pallbearers were Ross, Jordan, Emilio, Monty, Michelle and Noah. A graveside service was conducted by Gerry Daien at Shaarey Zedek Cemetery October 15. Special thanks to Remie.
