Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHILIP EDWARD SMITH April 4, 1953 November 18, 2012 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Phil Smith, age 59, at the Palliative Care Centre in Nanaimo, BC. Phil will be dearly missed by his beloved wife Susan, his mother Caroline, sisters Carol and Susan as well as his many other family members and friends in both BC and Winnipeg. A private celebration of his life was held in Nanaimo on December 1, 2012.
