SWAN May 11, 1934 - December 18, 2012 Surrounded by her family, Margaret Swan passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at the age of 78. Funeral service will be held Friday, December 28 at 1:00 p.m. at Elim Chapel, 546 Portage Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
