Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE KULHANEK September 1, 1915 - December 17, 2012 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mom and grandma. She left us peacefully at the Seven Oaks Hospital with her son Ivo and dear friend Igor Kaftan by her side. She was predeceased by her parents Jan and Marie Vurma of Prague and her husband Frantisek of Prague. Mom leaves behind her sons Ivo and Zbysek; grandsons Ivo and Danny and close friends in Prague, Czech Republic, as well as friends in Canada. As her wish, cremation took place at Cropo Funeral Chapel, followed by a private memorial service celebrated by Father Bohdan Lukie. To fulfill mom's last wish her ashes will be placed in our family plot in Prague during the month of May 2013. We would like to express many thanks to the nurses and doctors at Seven Oaks Hospital, the staff on 2A Holy Family Nursing Home where mom spent her last nine years and to the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate of Holy Family Nursing Home for their loving care and spiritual support.
