  • It was Stella's generosity and love of family that helped me track down relatives which I never knew existed. I will miss and always remember her for being the most wonderful person I had the fortune to have known. - Posted by: yuana hesketh (cousin) on: Jan 07, 2013

  • Mom,I am forever grateful for all you did for your family. Thank you for the love and generosity you always showed each of us. We will never forget the wonderful food you prepared for us, the beautiful handiwork you made, the sweet Polish songs and rhymes you would recite or sing to your grandchildren. It was such a blessing to have you come visit us every winter, after Leon passed away. We looked forward to your visits. We were hoping you would recover and come see us in the early Spring, but I guess God had other plans for you. I was very sad that you missed not seeing Maddox come into the world, and then I thought, you probably saw him before the rest of us, since you passed in the morning and he came in the evening. You were a good prayer warrior for our family. I know your mission to pray for us will not stop and now you will be even closer to God, to ask for the special favors, you asked for, while here. We're expecting God will relent and answer those prayers. I know how persistent you are. Once I told you, that I loved you and Leon, before I met you. How could I not? You are Bob's parents and I love him...so I have to love the people who gave him life and raised him to be the loving, faith-filled man that he is. Over the years, I loved you for oh so much more. Thank you mom, for stepping in, to take my mom's place, when she died in 1993. Thank you for taking my mom's yarn and unfinished projects and finishing them for her and giving them to me. That meant so much. May God hold you close to His heart, and may the Perpetual Light of Christ shine upon you. Until we meet again... - Posted by: Christina Pasterz (Daughter in Law) on: Jan 05, 2013
