DOUG WILTON Doug Wilton passed away peacefully on January 15, 2013, at the age of 44 years, at the Health Sciences Centre. He will be sadly missed by his family: parents Paul and Sheila Wilton, brothers Rick (Anita), Greg (Tisha) and nephew and nieces Eric and Amanda, Kaylee and Brielle as well as numerous friends. Doug was born in Prince Rupert, BC and moved to Ontario where he spent his youth in various small towns. He moved to Winnipeg from his hometown of Beaverton, ON to start a now successful eavestrough business with his brother Rick. As a child Doug played recreational hockey for many years and continued on into his adult life. He also enjoyed the warm summer months and spent them playing golf and engaging in water sports. Doug loved to travel to tropical destinations such as Mexico, Cuba and the Dominican Republic. He especially enjoyed spending fun times with his family and cherished the fond memories. Those who knew him best will fondly remember his unwavering loyalty to his Toronto sports teams. A private family service will be held at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. A special thanks to all the doctors and nurses at the Health Sciences Centre for their excellent care and compassion. If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made to a charity of their choice. THOMSON "IN THE PARK" 925-1120 Condolences may be sent to www.thomsoninthepark.com
