Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCESCO CANTAFIO June 28, 1958 -December 28, 2012 It is with great sorrow that family of Francesco Cantafio of Stony Plain, AB announces his sudden passing at the age of 54 years, on December 28, 2012 in Stony Plain, AB. Francesco is survived by his daughter April Cantafio (Mike Sollid), brother Thomas (Shelly Cantafio; sister Maria (Richard) Collins and mother Maria Cantafio. He was predeceased by his wife Janice, daughter Julia and father Michele. Frank graduated from Red River College in 1979 as a Major Appliance Technician and was hired by General Electric in Edmonton. Frank later opened his own business, Rescue Appliances in Stony Plain. Later in life, he opened Cantafio's Steakhouse and Sports Bar. Frank will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Gary McKellar officiating. Interment was held on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Dalby Cemetery in Falun, AB.
