He talked about you a lot Hector, and the gang. He talked about the good he saw in you and the challenges of having to lead and figure out how to bring out the best in people. I think he did that really well and didn’t really need to try, did he? Your successes were his successes. Thank you for sharing this. He was one of my first employers back in the early 00s. Him and his brother couldn't have been nicer bosses. He taught me a lot about how to be a good worker. He took a fresh high school grad, and helped him realize the value of hard work. We had a good crew going between Darcy, Alan, Sheldon, Warren, and myself back then. When I got the call that he'd passed away, years after I had moved on, I was so sad, because I knew he was such a beautiful human full of life.
