A memorial reception will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at the Kin Centre in Pilot Mound, Manitoba at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Pilot Mound Millennium Recreation Complex or to the Pilot Mound and District Foundation.
