ROY JAMES FILBY Sadly, on February 4, 2013 Roy James Filby lost his battle against Cancer. As per his request, he was cremated and no services were held. A Celebration of his Life will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 6 at his daughter Amber's home, where all family and friends are encouraged to attend.

My thoughts are with Roy's family and friends. Roy always had a smile when he came around the corner. He used to play at The Chicken and Pizza ranch in Oakbank. We were so saddened to hear of Roy's passing this past winter. Our thoughts and prayers are with Amber and her family at this difficult time. We have very fond memories of Roy that we will cherish forever. Music and song was a huge part of his life. We will truly miss him.
