I'm so sad to hear of Gail's passing. Michelle, Tony & Danika, I can only imagine how much you miss her and treasure the wonderful times you shared. The world knows how important family and friends were to both Gail & Francis. I just visited friends in Germany who Gail, through Michelle helped with their son's education in Canada in 1999. We spoke of your kindness and readiness to help. Gail was a great mentor in the pension world in which she served so many. It's your time to rest precious lady. We remember fondly Gail and Francis as very caring parents to both Tony and Michelle. They were both special people and both now gone too soon. Hope the family takes some comfort in knowing how much your parents loved and were so proud of you. Thinking of you all at this very sad time. I worked with Gail back in the late 80's at G-WL, and remember thinking how wise she was, and yet such a kind & caring lady. Whenever she spoke of her children, her face always lit up. Tony & Michelle, may your memories of her & her great love for you help you thru this sad time. - Posted by: Darolyn (Sopiwnyk) Pchajek ((work colleague)) on: Aug 13, 2013

I had the pleasure of working with Gail at Great-West Life, and I am so sad by the loss of this great lady. Gail was such a kind person who always had a twinkle in her eye and a positive comment for everyone she came in contact with. Gail taught me so much about pensions, and with her analytical ability she could have been an actuary. But what I will remember most about Gail was her dedication to her family and how much she loved her children. Michelle and Tony were the centre of her universe and source of great pride. My condolences for your loss. Regards, Paula Evans Nash - Posted by: Paula Evans Nash (Co-worker from Great-West Life) on: Aug 13, 2013
