MURIEL LYON (nee FOSTER) April 3, 1928 - September 7, 2013 On Saturday, September 7, 2013 our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at the age of 85. She is survived by her sons, Grant (Ann) of Manchester, England, Bruce (Marcia) of Winnipeg, Glen of Winnipeg, Gordon (Bonnie- Jo) of Dinorwic Lake, Ontario, and nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, sister and her husband Harold of 50 years. In keeping with Muriel's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Cremation and a private interment will take place at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Matthew's Anglican Church 641 St. Matthews Ave., Winnipeg, MB Canada R3G 0G6.
