Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH DOMINIC LARKIN September 30, 1921 - Moose Jaw, SK November 16, 2013 - Calgary, AB Joe, beloved husband of the late Kathleen Larkin (nee Green), of Calgary, AB, passed away on November 16, 2013, after a brief illness at the age of 92 years. Joe served in the Second World War with the Winnipeg Rifles and in the Korean conflict with Lord Strathcona's Horse. He retired as a Warrant Officer in 1971. Joe is survived by his daughters, Anne (Rod) Beatty of Calgary, AB, Sue (Bill) Floyd of Austin, TX and Pat Larkin of Cranbrook, BC; grandchildren, Will (Jenny) Floyd, Chris Floyd, Cole Wilson and Alex Wilson; brother Mark (Eileen) Larkin of Winnipeg, MB; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Giovanni Bran and Roy Reynante. He was predeceased by his wife Kathleen (Josie) in 1975; brothers Frank, Jack, Ed, Dan, Dennis, Paul and Tom; and sister Mary. Interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date in the family plot at Woodlands Cemetery, Winnipeg. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
