MARGRET STEEL (nee CRAIG) April 21, 1930 - November 28, 2013 The family of Margret Steel feel privileged to have shared the life of a kind and gentle woman. We are sad to announce her peaceful passing on the morning of Thursday, November 28, 2013, with her family by her side. Margret loved family above all else. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Deborah Lindsay (Nick Curry), Ian (Karen), Catharine Hunzinger (Marcus), and Malcolm (Jennifer). She was a proud grandmother to Duncan (Leah), Erin, Aidan, Emma, Erika, Vanessa, Evan, and Morgan. She was also survived by sister, Mina Andrews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 38 years, Walter in 1993; and brother, Thomas in 2005. In keeping with mom's wishes, a private family service will be held. Flowers are gratefully declined. In lieu of flowers, our mother would have appreciated donations to be made to the ALS Society of Manitoba, in memory of our father and her husband Walter.
