Fr. Gerald Langevin, presiding. A private family Interment followed the Mass in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Avenue. VICTOR (VIC) HARRY GUTSELL Peacefully, with his wife by his side, Victor passed away at Riverview Hospital on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Surviving are wife Eleanor of 42 years of marriage; daughter Jennifer (Dave); son Jeff (Janet); and three grandsons, Cole, Matthew Victor, and Christopher-"the joys of his life!"; sister Audrey of Thompson, MB; many nieces and nephews. Victor worked for MTS (Manitoba Telephone Systems) for 41 years, retiring at age 60. He enjoyed travels all throughout Canada, US and the Yukon with his family. He enjoyed his summers at their cottage at Hillside Beach planting spruce trees around the lot and looking after his birds and their houses. The family would like to thank the Palliative Care nurses, all the Palliative staff and doctors at Riverview Hospital. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Blessed John XXIII Roman Catholic Church, 3990 Portage Avenue at Rouge Road with Rev. Fr. Gerald Langevin, presiding. A private family Interment will be held following the Mass in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Avenue.
