JOSEPHINE CORMACK Josephine left this world peacefully on March 2, 2014 surrounded by members of her family. She was predeceased by husband Robert and son Mark. Left to mourn her loss are daughters Donna, Jo-Ann (Arnold), sons David (Monica), Craig (Sheryl), and special friend Gisha. Mom was born in Hampstead Heath, England on September 25, 1922 and relocated to Winnipeg after becoming a war bride in 1944. In keeping with Mom's wishes cremation has already taken place and no funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, a charity which Mom supported for decades based on her love of animals. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the doctors and staff on the 5th Floor U1 of the Seven Oaks General Hospital for providing such excellent care and support throughout.
