BETHA TODD We are saddened to share the news of Betha Todd's passing at the West Park Manor on Sunday, March 23, 2014. Left to cherish Betha's memory are two daughters, Vona Edgar (Grant), Peggy Tait (Alf); granddaughters Karen Storozuk (Glenn), Kimberly Tait-Sena (Sal); great-grandchildren Riley, Tanner, Madison, Emily, Ethan and Matthew; sister Claris Deleau; sister-in-law Ruby Jasper, and many relatives in the Souris area. She was predeceased by husband George Todd in 1978, and twin sister Beatrice Robson. Betha leaves a legacy of a caring, gentle and loving person who instilled the values of love, strength and compassion. She took great pride in her family and home. She loved visiting with friends, card games, gardening and bingo. The family would like to express their sincere thanks for the kindness, care and loving support shown by the staff at West Park Manor. A private family service will be held later. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made in Betha's memory to Beauchemin Park Place, 5995 Roblin Boulevard, Winnipeg, MB R3R 3T6. Sincere condolences to the family on their loss. Betha Todd was a great friend of my mother, Belle Thompson when she lived on Carlton Street. I personally met her many times and my mom missed her very much when she left Carlton Street to go into a personal care home.
