PHYLLIS MARY KETTLES Phyliss Mary Kettles passed away on April 3, 2014 at the age of 98 years. She was predeceased by her husband David Miller Kettles on June 11, 1999. Together over the years they enjoyed square dancing, volunteering for Meals on Wheels, travelling with their trailer, wintering in The Valley and being long time members of Churchill Park United Church. Phyllis is survived by her daughter Janice and husband Augie Haugen, her granddaughter Susan (husband David Neilan), grandson David (fiancé Kate Sung), niece Valerie, nephews Dennis, Harvey and Lindasy (Oliver) and their families. A special thanks to the staff at Misericordia Cornish 6 and Victoria General Hospital for their care. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday April 30, 2014 at 10:00 am at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 6 Donald, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3L 0K6.
