Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryIRIS ELILLE VALESKA LARKIN (nee GODDEN) August 1, 1936 - May 13, 2014 Our beautiful and vibrant wife, mother, gramma, nana, sister, aunt and friend passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. A Celebration of Iris' Life will be held on Monday May 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Little Mountain Sportsplex, 64 - 128 Klimpke Road, (take Canada Way to Roy Roche Road, turn north to the service road, left past Players Golf Club and turn right on Klimpke Road.) In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Firefighters Burn Fund, 303-83 Garry Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada R3C 4J9. A longer obituary will follow at the service. Sincere belated condolences as I have just become aware of Iris' passing . [ Today , September 12th ] . I remember the last time I saw her - at the Larkin's garage sale at the lake some 5 years ago . We had some good times together travelling with our oldtimers's hockey team to various cities across the country . Good times and good memories . Barry and family I was so surprised and shocked to hear that Iris has left us. She was such a vibrant wonderful woman and so much fun. Of course she would lead the way for George Richardson, him so quiet and her with her laugh we won't soon forget. Iris I will never forget you. I always thought of you and Barry as the best looking couple and the most fun to be with. You were always so happy and with your laugh we always knew where you were. Miss you Iris RIP. Your mom will be sadly missed. She and your dad were good friends to my mom and dad. They had many good times together even just sitting around the kitchen table. Always laughing!! Just.
