I was very sorry to hear about Sergio. I worked with him in the past and will never forget our humorous exchanges especially at lunch time. He was deeply involved in community events and we met outside work at a couple of cultural events that he was passionate about. Heartfelt condolences to the family. - Posted by: Manohar Menon (Past colleague) on: Jul 17, 2014

Sergio was a great adversary when it came to a battle of quips. Most of our conversations were filled with humorous banter. Sometimes we even did some work. I remember when he first started at Monarch. He had a parking spot about 2 blocks down Erin Street. He had a choice to live anywhere in the world and here he was walking down a Winnipeg street at minus 35C. How lucky for us that he choose to stay. I am so thankful to have had an opportunity to have known such a fine human being. Miss you Sergio. Grant - Posted by: Grant McLaren (Co-worker Monarch Industries.) on: Jul 15, 2014

Francis and I would like to express our deepest condolences for the passing of Sergio. Our thoughts and prayers are with you dearest Miriam, Gadi, Keren, Joel and all the family. I will forever remember Sergio's energy and love for life, his wonderful sense of humour and his endless curiosity. Even although we only met when you both came to Kelowna, I truly feel as though I had known him all my life. I am so very grateful that we connected as family and it was an honour to have met him. We send you thoughts of peace and courage. May you all be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you all. May all the incredible memories of Sergio help comfort you.
