Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRALPH DAVID JONES Ralph David Jones passed away peacefully at the Rockyview General Hospital, Calgary, AB on Sunday, July 13, 2014 surrounded by family. Ralph was the beloved husband of Shirley Jones, Cochrane, AB; dear grandfather of David and Toni Nagamori, and great-grandfather of Zoe, Brooke, Tadashi and Mackenzie Nagamori. Ralph will be sadly missed by his sisters, Barbara Moore, Peggy (Irvin) Blair, and Megan (Roger) Poitras as well as sisters-in-law, Lynda (Evan) Jones, Gail (Edwin) Jones, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents John and Ida Jones; daughter Marlene Jones; brothers, Edwin Jones, Evan Butch' Jones; sisters, Dora Gowler and Eleanor Enns, and brothers-in-law, Spencer Gowler and Harry J. Enns. Ralph was born in Winnipeg and lived in Rosser and Headingley, eventually farming in Meadows and Pacific Junction in Manitoba. He moved to Calgary in 1966 and has resided in Cochrane and area for the last 25 years. Ralph was employed in the automotive industry managing several service stations and retired from Cochrane Dodge in 1993. A Celebration of Ralph's Life will be held at the Cochrane RancheHouse (101 RancheHouse Road, Cochrane, AB) on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. If desired donations may be made to the Bethany Care Foundation (1001 - 17 St. NW, Calgary, AB T2N 2E5) or to a charity of the donor's choice.
