PATRICIA KATHERINE BUCHHOLZER Patricia passed away peacefully on July 13, 2014 at the age of 71. She leaves behind her son Todd Buchholzer (Jennifer), grandchildren Jack, Nicholas, and Sarah, and sister Lynda Boyd. Patricia was predeceased by her parents Peter and Maggie Boyd (Bohotchuk), brother Bob, and husband (in separation) Ernie Buchholzer. Patricia grew up in Point Douglas on Disraeli Street and later Barber Street. She attended Norquay, Aberdeen, and Tech Voc Schools. Patricia always loved to work and she held various jobs through her life including positions at Winnipeg Hydro and the Manitoba Department of Highways. Mom also enjoyed painting very much and produced many beautiful pieces of art for us to enjoy and remember her by. Above all, Patricia was a dedicated and loving mother to her son Todd. Special thanks to the staff at Women's Hospital 5th floor, WRHA home care, and Riverview Health Centre for their care and compassion for Mom during her illness. Cremation has taken place and at Patricia's request there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice. Mom, we will miss you very much. We love you!
