Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHYLLIS ETHEL WESTMACOTT (nee AGAR) October 24, 1919 August 21, 2014 Mom passed away peacefully in her bed at Golden West Centennial Lodge on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at the age of 94 years. Phyllis is survived by her loving children Carol (Wayne) Mosionier, David (Rhonda) and grandchildren Mark and Jordan; and Dianne (Terry) Bannerman and grandchildren Geoffrey and Todd. She was predeceased by her dear husband Mark; brother Wilf Agar; mother and father Betty and Bob Agar. A private Service will be held for family. We would like to thank Golden West's entire 3rd floor staff for the wonderful care they gave Mom over the last 23 years.
