FRANK ELLIS June 7, 1934 - August 28, 2014 Rest In Peace It with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Ellis. After a short but valiant fight against gastric cancer, Frank passed away peacefully in no pain; holding hands with the love of his life Blanche who, like always, was with her adored hubby every minute of every day since this short and painful journey began. Frank died the way he lived, a forward thinker whose main concern was leaving everything well organized and ensuring that his soul mate would be well taken care of. True to form, he astounded the hospital staff with his amazing attitude and storytelling. We would like to thank all the staff at H.S.C. in Winnipeg for taking such good care of Frank in his last moments and providing support to Blanche and the family. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Blanche, and family Dorothy, Roy, Lana, Dominique, Eliette, Canito, Brett and Rhys. Rest in Peace Frank, you will be sorely missed. An English gentleman to the end you left this world a better place than you found it. In keeping with Frank's wishes and those of the family, he was cremated. There will be no funeral service, but Frank's message to all of you is to raise a glass and toast a man who loved life and lived it to the full. In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation in honour of Frank to the Health Sciences Foundation or a charity of your choice. https://hscf.thankyou4caring.org/donate_HSCF

No words can fully describe what my father has meant to me. I leave with you this quote from Omar Khayyamm. "The moving finger writes, and having written moves on. Nor all thy piety nor all thy wit, can cancel half a line of it." Live life well. - Posted by: Roy Ellis (Son) on: Sep 05, 2014

Our sincere sympathies. Unfortunately, we never got a chance to know either of you. We're your neighbors at 2024. Carl had a brief chance to talk with you when you had trouble with a noisy tap. God Bless You, Carl and Sheila - Posted by: Carl and Sheila Kaminsky (Neighbor) on: Sep 03, 2014
