Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY ANN KLYNE (BEAR) (nee HALCROWE) Peacefully, on Sunday, September 14, 2014, with family at her side, at the South East Personal Care Home, Mary Ann Klyne, at the age of 76, after a lengthy illness, passed away. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Rose, Sandra (Rolly), Gail, Stella and Lonie; sons, John, Sheldon, George and Dino (Otta); 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend Donna Humes; brother-in-law Cecil Klyne; stepson Rob Goheen; brother-inlaw Jim Bear; she is also survived by her sister Ethyl of Selkirk, MB and brothers Wilfred and John of Norway House, Mb. She was predeceased by her first husband George Bear Sr.; second husband Bob Klyne; mother and father Lena and Alec Halcrowe; brothers Alec James and Eric; sisters Marion, Matilda, Annie. Connie and Laura; mother and father-in-law Harriet and Colin Bear and her daughter-in-law Jessica. Mom had a lot of friends who loved and cared for her deeply, at the S.E.P.C.H, where she resided, at the time of her passing. Mom loved and touched many people who knew her. She had a very special bond with her grandchildren. Mom will be sadly missed. Special thanks to the S.E.P.C.H, management and staff, for taking excellent care of mom, and also the staff at the Dialysis Unit, at the St. Boniface General Hospital. In accordance with her wishes, a viewing will be held at the new hall (Private Tom Chief Memorial Hall) in Scanterbury, MB, on Friday, September 19, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. also in the new hall. Service will conclude at the hall, with lunch to follow. A private burial at a later date. Pallbearers will be Chris Sinclair, Michael Sinclair, Billy Pollok, Jessie Ribaric, Jamie Bear, Jeremy Bear, Leslie Bear and Sheldon C. Bear. Honorary pallbearers will be the rest of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation. MaryAnn was like a grandmother to us. We all loved and adored her, every day we looked forward to seeing her, even after hours she was in our mind and hearts. We will treasure our memories.
