Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDENNIS MCKINNON October 14, 1936 - September 15, 2014 Dennis passed peacefully at St. Paul's Hospital surrounded by family. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Marj (Marjorie), daughters, Laurie (Tony) Hnatiuk, Cathy Tripathy (Skip Milko), and Lesley (Kenton) Miller; grandchildren, Andrew and Brodie Hnatiuk, Tyler and Cole Tripathy; sisters, Janet (Jim) MacKenzie of Winnipeg and Susan Buzash of Kamloops and their families. Dennis began his design career in Winnipeg, working as a store planner for The Bay and Eatons. His creative talents were then put to use in residential house design at Ladco in Winnipeg and Boychuk Construction in Saskatoon. Besides having a very creative design mind, he also had a witty and winning sense of humour that made him unforgettable. The family would like to express their immense gratitude to the 7th Floor and Palliative Care staff at St. Paul's Hospital for providing such wonderful care. You made a difference! A celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 20 at the Saskatoon Funeral Home (338 4th Ave. N). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lung Association of Saskatchewan or to St. Paul's Hospital Foundation. Arrangements are entrusted to Saskatoon Funeral Home, Ph. 306-244-5577
