Annette & Konrad, Garry and Roger: I met Lucille as a beautiful, intelligent and sensitive lady. It's been a pleasure to know her. As you go back in your memory and think of the struggles and triumphs she faced, you know that she loved you dearly, and that she did all she could for you. Take comfort from God's word to us in Isaiah 61:1- 3; "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me because the Lord.. has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted. . . . to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion - to give them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor." This is my prayer for you Love, Mom - Posted by: Susan Popkes (mother-in-law) on: Oct 03, 2014

Though tiny in body, Lucille was huge in spirit. She will be missed dearly and remembered fondly by all fortunate enough to have known her. - Posted by: Eleanor Toews (Son in law's sister) on: Oct 03, 2014
