MANUEL AMARAL RODRIGUES Dear Avô, It has been two years that you have been gone. We miss you very much. Matthew misses your belly bumps. Emily misses your laughter the most. Dad misses the fun and food you had when you were sitting at the table together on Sunday afternoons. Mom misses everything about you, just like the whole family. Avo misses hugging you and being your wife. I miss you coming over with your special treats like the chocolate covered umbrellas and Portuguese kinder eggs. I miss going to Portugal with you. I remember when I was six, you took us to the beach and splashed me up and down in the ocean. I miss a lot more too, but it's hard to explain. I hope to see you in my dreams soon. I love you.
