DOLPHIS JAMES SEGUIN May 10, 1979 - January 22, 2015 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Dolphis James Seguin. Left to grieve are his loving wife Jody Hudey and two year-old son Dolphis Jr., his father Dolphis Sr. and his sister Haily as well as brothers Derek and Shawn. He is also survived by his wife's family Dena Hudey (Morris) and Keith Hudey (Tracy, Christopher, Jasmine), as well as step-grandmother Edna Kowalke. He was predeceased by his stepmom Diane Seguin. Dolphis has aunts, uncles and cousins too numerous to mention by name but all will miss him. He will also be sadly missed by his many close friends and co-workers. Dolphis loved to work. He was an electrician at Madsen Electric and spent much of his free time helping friends and family with various projects. Those who knew him knew he loved football, hunting, his dog Gunnar, his friends and his family, but his greatest love was his little boy. A celebration of his life will be held at Earl Grey Community Centre, 360 Cockburn St. N. on Wednesday, January 28 at 3:00 p.m., In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a trust account for his young son at any Toronto Dominion bank.

  • I've known Dolphus a lifetime, we grew up together. I have so many stories, memories of our friendship. When Dolphus met my current girlfriend yrs ago.. he made her feel welcomed, he included her and made her feel liked for her..not just because she was my girlfriend. She always liked Dolphus and considered him a friend. Dolphus was 1 of a kind, a great guy and we will both miss him greatly. May he rest in peace, stop by once in a while, may he wrap his arms around us all and hold us forever. My thoughts and prayers go out to the seguin family as well as jody. • Shock doesn't even begin to describe the feeling that all of your family and friends are feeling at this very difficult time. We are left on this Earth wondering "why", "why him", "why now"! And all we can tell ourselves is how thankful we are for the time that we did have with Dolphis on this Earth and how grateful we are to have had you in our lives. We are so "honoured" to have had you as John's Best Man at our Wedding (it's something that John will hold close to his heart forever). We will cherrish all the times that we did have with Dolphis, forever. He was so many things...he was a "true" friend and gentleman. He was kind, funny, loving and caring. He was the type of person that would give the shirt off his back or the last $5.00 in his pocket if he knew it could help someone else. Our condolences go out to his Son, Dolphis Jr., and Jody. To his Mom and Dad (you both raised a truly amazing Man. I can't even imagine what you are both going through right now) but just know that our hearts break for you and our thoughts and prayers are with both of you. To his Brothers and his Sister we are so sorry for your loss. THE WORLD TRULY LOST A "GOOD ONE". Dolphis will forever be in our heart, we will miss you, we love you, until we meet again....RIP Dolphis. John and Cheri Harasym - Posted by: John and Cheri Harasym (Friends) on: Jan 30, 2015
