WALTER STEVEN (Dixie) DOWGAN Walter passed away January 27, 2014 from cancer. We can't believe a whole year has gone by. We think of you constantly. You left us with a lot of wonderful memories which we'll never forget. Pom-Pom, Contessa, and Elvis, our three cats, miss you as well. Darrell being deceased 10 years ago was a shock. We will never get over losing both of you. You were a kind, wonderful, loving husband and father. We miss you so much words can't describe. Your loving family.
