AUDREY FLORENCE DRYSDALE (nee ELMHIRST) May 10, 1928 February 10, 2015 Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, Audrey Florence Drysdale passed away with her family by her side on February 10, 2015. She will be sadly missed by her husband Gordon, daughters Coleen Munn (Frank) AND Dyanne De Haan (Rainer Dyck), grandsons Jarett Munn (Samantha), Derek Munn (Heather) and granddaughter Bonnie Morgan, as well as great-grandchildren Colton, Hunter, Jackson and Peri. She is also survived by sisters Joyce Jeffrey (Vernon), Irene Gray, Gladys Hebner and many nieces and nephews including very special niece JoAnne Tycholes and special nephew Blair Jeffrey. Audrey was predeceased by her parents Frank and Jean Elmhirst, sisters Dorothy Gibson and Margaret Dunbar and brother Philip Elmhirst. Audrey was born in Gilbert Plains, Manitoba. She moved to Winnipeg and attended Success Business School. In 1949, she married the love of her life, Gordon. She worked many years as a sales clerk at The Bay in both Winnipeg and Richmond, BC. Over the years they travelled extensively all over the world and celebrated their 65th anniversary in July 2014. A private family service will be held. The family would like to thank the superb staff at the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit for their amazing kindness and care during this difficult time.
