Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMADELEINE MARIE LOUISE GIBB (BEKAERT) On April 16, 2015, at 90 years of age, our beloved "Amie" passed quietly, in her home in California, after a lengthy battle with COPD. She and her best friend, Grace Chudyk, had owned beauty salons in Winnipeg and Selkirk. Last year, Mom moved to California to live with her children, Louise and Keith. She is sadly missed by her all her family and friends, including her five grandchildren and their spouses, (Brooke and Rod, Cole and Chelsea, Jacklin and Brandon, Kaylah, Karly) and her two new great-granddaughters, Lacey and Presley. Thank you to Ron Tataryn for always looking after "Ma". Mom's ashes will be scattered at sea with a private family memorial in California as well as a private family memorial in Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to your favourite animal shelter.
